यादें 2013

बीता साल २०१३ जाते-जाते भारत के नागरिको को कई तोहफे दे गया ! जहां एक तरफ़ सरकार ने  लोकपाल बिल पास कर दिया वहीँ  दूसरी तरफ़ सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा भारत के नागरिको को "नोटा" जैसा विकल्प मिल गया  ! जहाँ एक ओर दिल्ली में सिर्फ साल भर पुरानी पार्टी ने सत्ता में आके सबको चौंका  दिया ओर रातों रात अरविंद केजरीवाल देश के हीरो बन गए !वहीँ  दूसरी ओर चारा घोटाला में आरोपी लालू प्रसाद यादव को जेल जाना पड़ा !और वहीँ  बीच-बीच अन्ना हजारे अपने आंदोलनों से अपनी मौजूदगी दर्ज करते रहे  जहाँ एक ओर बीजेपी ने नरेन्द्र मोदी को आगामी लोकसभा चुनाव के लिए आपना पीएम पद का दावेदार घोषित किया वहीं कांग्रेस के ख़ेमे मे आज भी विचारों का  दौर जारी है !
           राजनीती से दूर बॉलीवुड में साल २०१३ कमाई के मामले में एक अच्छा साल रहा !जहाँ एक ओर चेन्नई एक्सप्रेस ,क्रिष-३ जैसी फिल्मों ने भारी भरकम कमाई की जिससे प्रोडूसर ,एक्टर्स के चेहरे में ख़ुशी देखी गयी वहीँ  दूसरी ओर मन्ना डे ,जिया खान ,प्राण जैसे मशहूर हस्तियों के जाने से बॉलीवुड में सबकी आँखे नम हो गई !
एक ओर रणबीर और कटरीना की शादी की ख़बरों से अफवाहों का बाज़ार गर्म था वहीँ  दूसरी ओर ह्रितिक-सुज़ैन के तलाक़ की ख़बर आई !एक तरफ़ संजय दत्त को जेल हो गयी तो वहीँ सलमान खान के  केस की सुनवाई फिर से शुरू हो गयी !
   साल २०१३ में स .श्रीसंथ ,अंकित चौहान,और अजित चंदीला ने  भारतीय क्रिकेट के दामन में कभी ना मिटने वाला दाग़ लगा दिया और पूरे क्रिकेट को शर्मसार कर दिया ! जहाँ   एक ओर सचिन तेंदुलकर ने क्रिकेट को अलविदा कह दिया जिससे हजारों क्रिकेट प्रेमियों की आँखें ग़मगीन हो गयी ! वहीँ दूसरी ओर रोहित शर्मा ,कोहली की अच्छी पारियों के कारण लोग उनमे अगला सचिन ढूंढ ने लगे !
वहीँ  विज्ञान के छेत्र में मंगल मिशन की कामयाबी ने भारत की गरिमा को बढ़ाया !

A rising star-Cheteshwar Pujara

Playing for Saurashtra in domestic cricket , an ex-kkrian and currently serving his duties for RCB in Indian premier league and most importantly a member in blue brigade Team India . Cheteshwar Arvind Pujara , who has been recently adjudged ICC's Emerging player of the year 2013 ( August 7 ,2012 to August 25,2013 ) .He played 10 test matches in this period. In 17 innings , he scored 1073 runs with an average of 82.53 .
 
  A 25 year old right handed batsman started his domestic career in the year 2005 .In the same year , Pujara made his Under-19 test debut against england while opening the innings he scored  211 runs which guided India to a win by an innings and 137 runs , from where pujara never look back .

The year 2010 was of full of happiness for Pujara as he was selected for Indian Test squad for 2 match test series against Australia replacing Yuvraj. And after 2 years he made first international test century scoring 159 against New Zealand . Afer this knock pujara said ws his ''second debut'' ,he became a regular in the indian test squad but he is yet to play for india in shorter version of the game .
 
As Indian opener Sehwag was struggling out of form ln the year 2012,it provided an opportunity for Pujara to prove his ability in shorter version of the game , as he was selected in the 15 member squad fof the ODI series against England but could not make to the playing side because of injury , following injury he made his debut against zimbabwe in the year 2013 .

It can be appropriate to say that indian cricket future is in save hands .

Nelson Mandela-the african ''Gandhi''

Imprisoned for nearly three decades for his fight against white minority rule, the iconic leader Mandela emerged determined to use his stature and charisma to bring down apartheid- nearly 50 years of racial segregation by a white minority government in South Africa.

He was a true Gandhian in spirit who embodied his values and ideals.

While imprisoned on Robben Island Prison for 27 years, Nelson Mandela who later became the President of South Africa, and won the Nobel Peace Prize recited the following lines from the Poem Invictus by William Earnest Henley to himself and other prisoners as a way to bolster their spirits, and motivate them to press onward. He felt empowered by the message of self mastery.

It matters not how strait the gate,

How charged with punishments the scroll,

I am the master of my fate,

I am the captain of my soul.

Nelson Mandela, a long time champion of the anti-apartheid movement and former president of South Africa will be remembered for his unrelenting pursuit of racial equality and lifelong struggle against segregation and poverty, as well for his passionate belief in humanity. He has also been known for his ability to motivate millions with his words.

“Madiba”, the clan name by which he is known was always lauded for his humanity, kindness, attention and dignity.

“I leave it to the public to decide how they should remember me," he had said on South African television before his retirement. "But I should like to be remembered as an ordinary South African who together with others has made his humble contribution."

Mandela went on to play a prominent role on the world stage as an advocate of human dignity in the face of challenges ranging from political repression to AIDS.

“Death is something inevitable. When a man has done what he considers to be his duty to his people and his country, he can rest in peace. I believe I have made that effort and that is, therefore, why I will sleep for the eternity,” he had quoted this in his life time.

What an extraordinary and inspiring man Nelson Mandela was!!!

India: No country for children

Child labour is a curse to our society and a crime against humanity.Todays child is going to be future of tomorrow.but,if they are made to work in this tender age ; what can u expect from their future. every child needs good education,want to go to school but their childhood has been robbed by poverty and social unawareness that forced them to indulge in these activities.After 66 years of independence ,our government does not able to stop this crime against mankind. Many schemes have been launched for the welfare of these children and their families such as Integrated child development servies 1975 to tackle malnutrition and health problem but big question is Does the beneficiary reaches to these people.
Corrective measures need to be taken for proper functioning of these such schemes.Whole society has to come forward help to change this scenerio.

SAVE MY BACK

                                                         

Today, heavy bags carried by children as a daily load becomes a health problem. Back pain in school going children is warning and an alarm for their health.Carrying heavy bags reporting a rise in cases of spinal abnormalities , postural deformities, muscoskeletal problems, sprain in neck and shoulder. Foremost responsibility is of the school they should provide a schedule time table and should implement strictly. moreover , MHRD should recommend the mandatory guidelines to the school that children should not carry school bags weighing more than 10 percent ot their body weight . School should provide lockers in their campus to avoid overweighing of school bags. School should also allow students to make one common register rather than to force them to make individual and separate copies for each subject.

PDS: Public Distribution System OR Public Dokha System

kANPUR: PDS is a indian food security system established by govt. of india under ministry of consumer affairs,food and public distribution. the system was proposed to provide quality food grains, rice and other items to the people living below poverty line through fair price shops i.e. ration shops. these shops was planned to operate on a daily basis with a planned time table. but the fact is that,the condition of these shops is pathetic. shop holders hardly open the shop for more than a day in a month and provide much inferior quality of grains. Now the question arises will the National Food Security Bill (signed on 12 of sep 2013) able to change these trends..,...,,........??????

POOR CONDITION OF ROADS

KANPUR: while roaming in the city i witnessed the bad condition of roads.the rides in these roads must be a bumpy one all thanks to these potholed roads. leaking drainage,water lodging ,traffic jams are some of the problems faced by the people residing here.water get deposited in these potholed gives rise to many water borne diseases.
